The Story Behind RRB ✨

Rustic Rain Boutique was born in November 2017 thanks to the one and only Chelsea Roper!💫

Chelsea had a vision to bring affordable, cute, and functional boutique pieces to her small town in Missouri.

But every boutique needs its built-in hype girl ✨

Naturally, Kaylin Goins was the perfect fit. Kay took the role as the official model, shopping partner, and certified “add to cart” assistant 🛍️

Summer 2023 brought big changes ✨

After welcoming her last baby boy, Chelsea handed the reins to Kaylin full time! Keeping the same style you love, just with a fresh new vibe 💙

Since then, these two besties have shared plenty of memories, lots of fashion, and just the right amount of fun ✨

Today, RRB continues to grow with the same heart it started with—helping every woman feel confident, cute, and completely herself… rain or shine ☔💕
